亜鉛グミ

The gummy texture is pleasantly chewy without being sticky, and since my body can't store zinc on its own, this daily habit finally feels consistent. My energy has been more stable through the workweek, which I wasn't expecting from a supplement.

I’ve been taking these daily for a few weeks now, and I actually feel less run-down when everyone around me is sniffling. Since the body can’t store zinc, it makes sense to have a consistent daily habit, and the gummies make that easy to remember.

My skin has been breaking out less since I started taking these with breakfast, and the gummy texture is chewy without being sticky. The fact that they're daily is easy to remember because they actually taste good, which is rare for a supplement.
