マカパウダー

Three weeks in and I've noticed a real difference in my afternoon energy—no more hitting that 3 p.m. slump. I just stir a spoonful into my morning smoothie and the earthy taste doesn't overpower anything. It's become a non-negotiable part of my routine.

I've been adding a spoonful to my morning smoothie for two weeks now, and I genuinely feel more consistent energy through my afternoon slump—no jitters, just steady drive. The powder mixes in cleanly without that chalky texture I've dealt with from other brands.
