The calm effect kicked in around week two, and I sleep way deeper now without that constant afternoon crash. I wasn't expecting to feel this balanced from a simple capsule, but it's doing exactly what it says.

About a month of taking this daily and I’m noticeably less reactive to stressful emails and traffic—the calm feeling actually lasts through the afternoon, not just an hour after swallowing the capsule. It’s subtle, but that’s exactly what I wanted.

Three weeks in and I've noticed the afternoon crash I used to hit around 2pm is basically gone, and the calming effect is subtle but real. It's not a sedative, more like a buffer against the stress that used to leave me drained by dinner.
