The 13-ingredient blend is exactly what I was looking for in a bone supplement, and the elemental magnesium alongside calcium makes me feel like I’m actually covering my bases. I’ve only been on it for two weeks, but I notice I’m not as stiff getting out of bed in the morning.

I’ve been taking these for about three months now, and the fact that it combines both magnesium and calcium in one pill is a huge plus for me since I was tired of juggling separate bottles. No stomach upset either, which I didn’t expect from a mineral supplement. Just wish the bottle lasted a bit lo

My mom's bone density scan actually improved after six months on these, and I like that the calcium and magnesium are combined so I don't need a separate supplement. The capsules are easy to swallow, which matters when you're taking them daily.
