بيوتين جوميز

These taste like candy, which makes remembering to take them every morning actually painless. I've been consistent for about a month and my nails finally feel like they're not breaking at the first sign of typing.

The gummies have a soft, chewy texture that makes them easy to take daily, and I’ve noticed my nails feel noticeably stronger after about six weeks. They’re a simple part of my morning routine now.

My hair used to shed so much in the shower, and after a few months of taking these daily, the drain clog is noticeably smaller. The gummies have a pleasant, mild taste and are easy to work into my routine.
