I was a bit skeptical about adding another supplement to my routine, but these capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any aftertaste. Three weeks in, my energy feels steadier and my latest cholesterol check came back better than it has in years.

My cholesterol panel at my last physical was the best it's been in years, and I've noticed I just feel more balanced overall. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't upset my stomach, which is a win for me.

Three weeks of taking these with dinner and my afternoon energy crashes are basically gone. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that weird aftertaste I've had with other supplements.
