無糖生物素軟糖

I was skeptical about gummy vitamins because of the sugar content, but these are completely sugar-free and still taste great. The texture is soft and chewy, and I've had no problem remembering to take them every morning.

My hair has been shedding noticeably less since I started taking these, and the fact that they're sugar-free is a huge win for me. The gummy texture is soft and chewy, not at all like some chalky vitamins I've tried.

These gummies taste so good that I actually forget they're sugar-free, which is a win on its own. I've been taking them after dinner for about three weeks now, and it's nice having a sweet treat that doesn't wreck my diet.
