瑪卡膠囊

The historical angle about the Inca warriors is what sold me, and honestly, the capsules seem to back it up. I take them about an hour before my workout and feel noticeably more motivated to push through the last set.

Two weeks in and I already notice a solid difference in my afternoon energy — not jittery, just steady. The capsules are easy to swallow and I love that each bottle clearly lists the maca root content so I know exactly what I'm taking.

Three weeks in and I'm not crashing at 3pm like I used to — that steady stamina boost is exactly what I needed before my workouts. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which honestly surprised me for a root supplement.
