Spijsverteringsenzymen

My go-to test is a heavy meal with all five food groups, and since adding these after lunch, that bloated feeling is basically gone. The capsule is easy to swallow and I’ve noticed a real difference in how settled my stomach feels within an hour.

I’ve been taking these with dinner for about three weeks and the fact that they cover all five major food groups means I don’t have to think about which meal needs what. The capsules are easy to swallow and I notice a real difference in how settled I feel an hour later.

Bloating after big meals is way less of a thing for me now, and I appreciate that the formula actually covers all five food groups instead of just focusing on protein or carbs. Four stars because I wish the capsule was a touch easier to swallow, but it does the job well.
